Our adult human lives are built upon the choices that we make. Unconsciously, we largely make choices out of fear or love. These motivations in ch0osing have a great effect on the outcomes of our decisions. Understanding the motivations behind these choices that we make brings us closer to inhabiting our true natures and empowering results. Besides having more satisfactory outcomes from what we choose, we can cultivate an active engagement and presence in our lives that a blind eye or a best guess cannot support.
We are not born to glide through our lives. We are born to cultivate intention by making mistakes and getting messy. We can, if we choose, grow into an acceptance that our lives teach us to be better and more evolved human beings. This is a choice that requires courage, so fear is off the table in this. It isn't easy to self reflect and befriend aspects of ourselves that we recognize fall far short of our best. If we can find the courage to do so, however, a deeper more satisfying life is revealed in the lessons learned.
