One can have a myriad of reasons and issues with issues upon reasons for hiding one's true nature and talents under a bushel. In fact all of us commonly do. We have all kinds of drama as we live our lives around what we are put to task to achieve or fail. It is what it is to be human.
If we are lucky - or by some spiritual arrangement - someone, maybe a parent or a friend or a teacher comes along and actually sees through all of the confusion around you. This is when a person can realize that they have something hidden within themselves that is worth knowing and cultivating. If one is really industrious, one can learn how to befriend oneself and release that part of themselves to enjoy.
Hafiz suggests here that we may all have hidden within our burlap sack of existence, a treasure that is always ready to sing and can actually be shared in the world if we release it.
Thank you for listening.
Music: I don't don't know too much about this artist, Martin Sexton , I'm not even sure how this video of the song Livin the life even got into my blogcast queue but here we are. Everyone has desires that need to be unearthed in their lifetime. We can be helped in some lives to discover who we are and sometimes it is a series of upsetting events coupled with inspiration that brings us closer to a truer definition of who we really are, as in this video.
